Dual-frequency MEMS clock in a 6-VDFN package
The DSC2311KI2-R0058T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC2311 series, generating two independent CMOS clock outputs: 12 MHz on output 1 and 50 MHz on output 2. Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a 0.90 mm height, it fits dense PCB layouts where board real estate is tight.
Frequency stability and temperature grade
The wide supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V lets it run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO, simplifying the power tree.
