Two fixed clocks from one MEMS die
The DSC2311KI2-R0010T is a MEMS-based XO that delivers two independent LVCMOS clock outputs from a single resonator — 12 MHz on output 1 and 100 MHz on output 2. That means one 6-VDFN part replaces two quartz cans on the board, saving footprint and reducing the BOM line count.
It runs on a 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply, so it works with common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an extra regulator.
Enable/Disable and stability
Housed in a 6-VDFN measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a 0.90 mm height, this is a low-profile, hand-solderable SMD package. The small footprint frees up board space on dense mixed-signal layouts, and the 0.90 mm height fits well under a display or in a slim enclosure.
No pin-compatible second source is documented, but the MEMS-based architecture is a Microchip proprietary family (DSC2311).
