Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a 0.90 mm profile, the DSC2311KI2-R0009 fits tight-height constraints common in portable and embedded designs. The wide supply range (2.25 V to 3.6 V) lets it run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an external regulator, and the Enable/Disable function on the output allows power gating of unused clock trees.
