Dual-frequency MEMS oscillator for mixed-speed clock domains
The DSC2311KI2-R0002T is a MEMS-based XO that delivers two independent CMOS clock outputs from a single resonator: 25 MHz on output 1 and 125 MHz on output 2. This eliminates a second oscillator footprint and the associated routing for boards that need a low-speed peripheral clock alongside a high-speed core or serial-interface clock.
Supply tolerance and enable/disable control
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic families directly — no level translator or dedicated regulator needed between the oscillator and the downstream FPGA or MCU bank.
6-VDFN package and board integration
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the DSC2311KI2-R0002T fits into tight layout areas typical of compact IoT modules and multi-layer PCBs. The 0.90 mm height clears most enclosure standoffs and conformal-coat clearance requirements.
