Dual 127 MHz from a MEMS die
This DSC2311KI2-R0001T delivers two independent 127 MHz clock outputs from a single MEMS resonator, both running at the same frequency.
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range covers 2.5V and 3.3V logic without a dedicated regulator. The 6-VDFN package measures 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a 0.90 mm height — a compact footprint that fits tight clock trees on multi-layer boards.
Industrial temperature and stability
The DSC2311 series is Microchip's current MEMS oscillator family; no pin-compatible successor has been announced.
