Dual 100 MHz clock from a MEMS resonator
The DSC2311KI1-R0041T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers two independent 100 MHz CMOS clock outputs from a single 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm. This is a drop-in replacement for a pair of 100 MHz quartz oscillators in applications where board space and component count matter.
The device operates from 2.25V to 3.6V, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external LDO.
The 6-VDFN package has a 0.90 mm seated height and a 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm footprint. The small land pattern and low profile suit dense PCB layouts in telecom line cards, industrial controllers, and instrumentation where height constraints apply. No external load capacitors are required — the MEMS oscillator generates the frequency internally, unlike a quartz crystal that needs C_load caps.
