MEMS oscillator with two independent clock outputs
The DSC2311KI1-R0014 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates two independent CMOS clock frequencies — 5MHz on output 1 and 5.1MHz on output 2 — from a single silicon resonator die, eliminating the quartz crystal and its associated startup and aging drift. Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, it fits space-constrained PCB layouts where a pair of discrete crystal oscillators would consume twice the board area.
Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, the oscillator spans the common 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external LDO — useful when the same BOM must support both voltage domains across product variants.
