MEMS oscillator with dual-frequency CMOS outputs
It delivers two independent CMOS clock outputs: 25 MHz on Output 1 and 125 MHz on Output 2, both with ±50 ppm frequency stability across the full -20°C to 70°C operating range. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator.
Package, footprint, and rework considerations
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The small DFN footprint is friendly to hot-air rework — the exposed pad is small enough that a standard nozzle clears the part without overheating adjacent components. Pin 1 identification is clear from the package marking; orientation is unambiguous under a microscope. The 0.50 mm pitch (typical for a 6-VDFN this size) means the PCB land pattern should follow the manufacturer's recommended footprint to avoid solder bridging during reflow.
