315 MHz MEMS XO with LVDS – signal-integrity fit for clock-tree design
The DSC2130FI2-C0005 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC2130 series, delivering a fixed 315 MHz LVDS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range. The LVDS output provides low-swing differential signaling, which keeps radiated emissions lower than single-ended CMOS clocks at 315 MHz and maintains signal integrity over longer traces on the PCB.
Wide supply range and industrial temperature grade
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply voltage range allows the oscillator to run from either a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator — useful for multi-voltage clock trees.
Housed in a 14-SMD, No Lead package measuring 0.126" x 0.098" (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm) with a seated height of 0.035" (0.90 mm), the footprint matches standard MEMS oscillator land patterns and fits tight PCB real estate. The no-lead construction reduces parasitic inductance compared to a gull-wing package, which helps preserve the LVDS signal edge rate at 315 MHz.
