Dual-frequency HCSL clock in a MEMS resonator
The DSC2044FE2-F0018 delivers two independent HCSL outputs at 100 MHz and 125 MHz from a single MEMS resonator — no separate crystal or PLL needed for the second frequency. HCSL (High-Speed Current Steering Logic) is the standard clock format for PCIe reference clocks; the differential pair swings 700–900 mV peak-to-peak and terminates into 50 Ω to ground at the receiver.
The MEMS base resonator gives better shock resistance than quartz (tested to 50,000 g) and a wider operating temperature range without frequency jumps, which reduces field failure risk in vibration-prone equipment.

Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator.
