Dual-output MEMS clock generator
Output 1 covers 50, 100, 125, 156.25, and 200 MHz; Output 2 covers 10, 50, 100, 125, and 156.25 MHz — both in HCSL logic levels, common for PCIe reference clocks and high-speed SERDES interfaces.
Package and enable control
Housed in a 14-VFQFN with exposed pad (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm, 0.90 mm height) — the centre pad needs a thermal via to the ground plane for heat sinking; hand-soldering is possible with a hot-air station and a fine-tip iron for the perimeter pads.
