Dual-output HCSL clock with MEMS reliability

The DSC2044FE1-F0024 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs HCSL on two independent rails: Output 1 can be set to 50, 100, 125, 156.25, or 200 MHz; Output 2 offers 10, 50, 100, 125, or 156.25 MHz.

Runs on any rail from 2.25V to 3.6V, so it fits both 2.5V and 3.3V logic domains without a separate LDO. Rated -20°C to 70°C — standard commercial/industrial indoor use; not for under-hood or extended outdoor exposure without thermal analysis.

Package and enable function

14-VFQFN with exposed pad, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, 0.90 mm height. Supplied in tube; the 0.50 mm pitch QFN footprint needs a thermal via under the pad for best heat transfer.
