Dual 100 MHz MEMS XO for high-speed serial clocks
The DSC2042FI1-F0014 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering two independent 100 MHz outputs from a single 14-VFQFN package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm. Both outputs can be configured as HCSL or LVPECL, making it a direct clock source for PCIe, SATA, or 10GbE reference clocks without external level translation. For a 100 MHz carrier, that translates to a maximum absolute frequency error of 5 kHz — well within the ±100 ppm holdover window most Ethernet PHYs require.
