Output 1 covers 100 MHz, 125 MHz, 148.5 MHz, 150 MHz, 156.25 MHz, and 400 MHz; Output 2 covers 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 74.25 MHz, 75 MHz, 125 MHz, and 200 MHz — the pair is factory-programmed, not field-selectable. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails directly — no extra LDO needed for the oscillator rail.
LVDS output and enable/disable function
Typical supply current is 38 mA during active operation — the MEMS resonator consumes less than a quartz equivalent at the same frequency, which matters for power-budgeted designs.
The 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via pattern under the pad for proper heat sinking — confirm the land pattern matches the datasheet recommendation before layout.
