Dual-output LVDS clock: 100 MHz and 25 MHz
The DSC2033FI2-K0003T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC2033 series, delivering two independent LVDS clock outputs — 100 MHz on output 1 and 25 MHz on output 2 — from a single 14-VFQFN package with exposed pad. The dual-frequency output saves a separate oscillator on the BOM when a system needs both a high-speed core clock and a lower-speed peripheral or reference clock, reducing board area and procurement line items.
Supply range and enable/disable function
The device operates from a 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply, covering common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator — one less component to qualify.
Package and board layout: 14-VFQFN exposed pad
Housed in a 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a 0.90 mm height, the DSC2033FI2-K0003T fits tight card-edge or mezzanine placements where height is constrained.
It remains a current production part suitable for new designs.
