Dual-output MEMS oscillator for clock-tree consolidation

Supply range and current budget
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without a separate LDO. Maximum supply current is 38 mA typical with both outputs active; disabling the outputs drops consumption to 23 mA max.
Housed in a 14-VFQFN with exposed pad, dimensions 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm and 0.90 mm height. The thermal pad under the package requires a via-in-pad layout for adequate heat transfer to the ground plane — a standard 4-layer board with thermal vias handles the dissipation.
