MEMS XO with LVDS — clock-tree fit
The MEMS resonator eliminates the startup reliability concerns of a quartz crystal under vibration or cold soak. It delivers a dual-output frequency set — both outputs can be independently programmed from the same list: 100MHz, 125MHz, 156.25MHz, 312.5MHz, 312.898MHz, 439.597MHz, 440.625MHz, or 450.68MHz. This covers common Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and SerDes reference rates without an external PLL.
Supply tolerance and temperature grade
Runs on a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail — it works on a nominal 2.5V or 3.3V bus and has enough headroom to ride through a 10% dip without losing lock. Max supply current is 38mA typical when enabled; the disable function drops it to 23mA — useful for power-gated clock domains in a multi-rail system.
Housed in a 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. When disabled, the output goes high-impedance, so multiple oscillators can share a single clock line with tri-state control.
