MEMS dual-output oscillator – 100 MHz and 50 MHz LVDS
The DSC2033FI1-F0025 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC2033 series, delivering two independent LVDS clock outputs: 100 MHz on Output 1 and 50 MHz on Output 2. A single device replaces two discrete oscillators, saving board space and reducing BOM count for dual-frequency clock trees.
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external LDO – the wide input range absorbs rail tolerance in multi-voltage systems. The oscillator keeps ±50 ppm frequency stability across that span, which matters for outdoor telecom base stations or factory-floor controllers that see thermal cycling.
Housed in a 14-VFQFN with exposed pad (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, 0.90 mm height).
