MEMS oscillator with dual LVDS clock lanes
The wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V lets it run off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a dedicated LDO — one less part to qualify.
Supply current and disable function
Maximum supply current is 38 mA (typical) when active, dropping to 23 mA max when the enable/disable pin pulls the outputs to high-Z. That disable current is still present because the MEMS core and PLL remain powered — the oscillator idles, not fully shut down. If the BOM calls for a true power-save sleep mode, a load switch ahead of the supply pin cuts the 23 mA standby draw.
The 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a 0.90 mm seated height.
