Product details

Dual 20 MHz MEMS clock source for wide-temperature designs

The DSC2011FM2-E0015T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering two identical 20 MHz CMOS outputs from a single die — one package replaces two quartz cans on the BOM, saving board area and reducing component count. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator — the enable/disable pin lets the system power down the clock tree in sleep mode, drawing 23 mA max when disabled.

14-VFQFN footprint and layout notes

Packaged in a 14-VFQFN with exposed pad, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, 0.90 mm height. CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability — the 20 MHz edges are clean enough for most MCU clock inputs and FPGA reference clocks without additional buffering.

Frequently asked questions

What is the frequency of DSC2011FM2-E0015T?
