Dual 25 MHz MEMS oscillator with full military temperature range
The DSC2011FM1-E0005T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers two independent 25 MHz CMOS clock outputs from a single resonator — a direct BOM consolidation move for designs that need a clean 25 MHz reference on two separate clock trees. Frequency stability is held to ±50 ppm across the operating range, which keeps the clock edge jitter within the timing budget for a 25 MHz SPI bus or a microcontroller's PLL reference.
Supply voltage and output drive
The supply range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an intermediate LDO — the oscillator draws its bias directly from the rail. Maximum supply current is 32 mA typical when both outputs are enabled; disabling the outputs via the Enable/Disable pin drops the draw to 23 mA max, useful for power-save modes in battery-backed systems.
