Product details

Dual-output MEMS oscillator – frequency pairs and supply flexibility

The DSC2011FM1-E0002T is a dual-output MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC2011 series, delivering a CMOS output on two independent frequency channels. Output 1 is factory-programmed to one of 100 MHz, 106.25 MHz, 125 MHz, or 156.25 MHz; Output 2 offers 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 100 MHz, 125 MHz, or 156.25 MHz. This lets a single oscillator clock two different serial or parallel buses — for example, a 125 MHz Ethernet MAC on one output and a 25 MHz reference clock on the other — without a second can or PLL.

Military temperature grade and MEMS ruggedness

14-VFQFN package – footprint and thermal pad

The 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a 0.90 mm height.
