MEMS oscillator with two independent clock outputs

Output 1 can be programmed to 100 MHz, 106.25 MHz, 125 MHz, or 156.25 MHz; Output 2 to 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 125 MHz, or 156.25 MHz — a single part can supply a 156.25 MHz Ethernet reference and a 25 MHz system clock simultaneously.

Operating supply range is 2.25V to 3.6V — the part runs directly from 2.5V or 3.3V rails and tolerates the droop on a heavily loaded 3.3V bus during switching transients.

Package, footprint, and mounting

Housed in a 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the exposed pad requires a thermal via pattern under the package for adequate heat transfer into the PCB copper plane.
