Dual-frequency MEMS oscillator for multi-rail clocking
The DSC2011FI1-F0043T is a MEMS-based XO that outputs two independent frequencies from a single package: 24 MHz on output 1 and 25 MHz on output 2, both CMOS levels. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same part can feed a 2.5 V FPGA bank and a 3.3 V logic rail without a separate oscillator for each.
Housed in a 14-VFQFN with exposed pad, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, 0.90 mm height — the pad requires a thermal via pattern under the package for proper heat transfer, especially at the 32 mA max supply current.
No direct pin-compatible replacement or second-source equivalent is documented — the DSC2011 series is the only form-factor match.
