Dual-output MEMS oscillator – 25 MHz and 50 MHz
The DSC2011FE2-F0016 delivers two independent CMOS clock outputs from a single MEMS resonator: 25 MHz on output 1 and 50 MHz on output 2. This eliminates a separate oscillator for a second frequency rail, saving board space and BOM line count.
Supply voltage and enable/disable function
The supply voltage range is 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator. The enable/disable pin lets a system controller gate the outputs to 23 mA max disable current, useful for power-sensitive designs. Maximum supply current is 32 mA typical when both outputs are active, which is low for a dual-output oscillator and keeps the thermal rise in the exposed pad package manageable without forced airflow.
Active production – quoted to order
The MEMS base resonator gives this oscillator better shock and vibration tolerance than a quartz crystal, and the ±25 ppm stability holds without external load capacitors.
