MEMS oscillator with dual-frequency outputs
The DSC2011FE2-E0004T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates two independent CMOS output frequencies from a single resonator, covering common video and data rates: 24, 25, 48, 50, 74.25, 75, 125, and 148.5 MHz on both outputs. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator — handy when you are swapping into a board that already has a 3.3V LDO.
The 14-VFQFN package ships on tape and reel.
Housed in a 14-VFQFN with exposed pad, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, 0.90 mm height — the pad needs a thermal via under the centre to pull heat into the ground plane; the datasheet recommends a 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm pad on the PCB.
