Product details

Dual-output MEMS oscillator with eight frequency options per lane

Each output can be independently set to any of eight frequencies: 24, 25, 48, 50, 74.25, 75, 125, or 148.5 MHz — covering common processor, Ethernet, and video pixel-clock rates without needing separate oscillators. The Enable/Disable function on the pinout lets firmware gate the output clocks for power-sensitive designs; disable current drops to 23 mA max from a typical 32 mA supply draw.

Supply flexibility and stability for mixed-voltage boards

Rated for 2.25V to 3.6V supply, the oscillator can be powered from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO — useful when the same BOM must serve both voltage domains across a product family. Frequency stability is ±25ppm over the -20°C to 70°C operating range, which holds the clock edge within a tight window for 100BASE-TX or 148.5 MHz video timing.
