Four-frequency clock in a MEMS die
The DSC2010FM2-A0001T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs four fixed LVCMOS frequencies from a single resonator: 24 MHz, 27 MHz, 74.25 MHz, and 148.5 MHz. That stability is specified over the entire band, not just at 25°C — a downhole tool or satellite payload sees the same ppm budget at -40°C as at +105°C.
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external LDO. The LVCMOS output drives standard CMOS logic levels directly — no external level translation needed when feeding an FPGA or MCU clock input at the same Vdd.
Housed in a 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a 0.90 mm height.
