Product details

Four clocks from one MEMS die — BOM consolidation

The DSC2010FM2-A0001 packs four independent LVCMOS clock outputs (24 MHz, 27 MHz, 74.25 MHz, 148.5 MHz) from a single MEMS resonator, replacing up to four discrete quartz oscillators on the BOM. The Enable/Disable function lets firmware gate each output independently, cutting supply current to 23 mA max when a clock domain is idle.

Supply range and current budget

Supply voltage accepts 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator. Max supply current is 35 mA with all outputs active. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm — tight enough for 100BASE-TX Ethernet and 1080p video clocking without a TCXO.

Housed in a 14-VFQFN with exposed pad, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, 0.90 mm height.

Frequently asked questions

What frequencies does the DSC2010FM2-A0001 output?

Four LVCMOS outputs: 24 MHz, 27 MHz, 74.25 MHz, and 148.5 MHz. These are common reference frequencies for Ethernet PHYs, video pixel clocks, and FPGA transceiver banks.

Can I order DSC2010FM2-A0001 through this distributor?

No stock-holding claim is made; sourcing is through independent distribution channels.
