Three output frequencies in one MEMS oscillator
The DSC2010FI2-B0004 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator that delivers three fixed output frequencies: 106.25 MHz, 125 MHz, and 155.52 MHz — common reference clocks for Ethernet PHYs, FPGA transceivers, and SerDes PLLs.
Frequency stability is ±25 ppm over the full temperature and voltage range — tight enough for most 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet and SATA/SAS reference clock applications without external trimming.
Housed in a 14-VFQFN exposed-pad package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a 0.90 mm height profile. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled, dropping to 23 mA when disabled — the disable current is still significant, so if you are power-cycling the oscillator to save energy, budget that 23 mA draw in your sleep-mode power budget.
