50 MHz MEMS XO with enable/disable
The LVCMOS output drives directly into a 1.8V logic rail without external level translation. Enable/disable function lets the output be gated off without cycling the supply—useful for power-sequencing or clock-gating in a low-power design.
Stability and temperature grade
For a 50 MHz clock, ±20 ppm corresponds to a 1 kHz total drift—tight enough for most serial data links and general-purpose timing, but not for precision RF or wireless baseband where ±10 ppm or tighter is typical. The industrial grade means the oscillator is qualified for outdoor telecom cabinets, motor drive control boards, and factory-floor equipment that sees seasonal temperature swings.
Package and supply rail
Housed in a 4-VLGA package measuring 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm, the DSC1525JI3A-50M00000 suits space-constrained PCB layouts. The 1.8V supply is fixed—this part does not accept 3.3V or 2.5V rails. A 3.3V system would need a different order code from the DSC152X family or a level translator on the output. Maximum supply current is 7.5 mA, so the thermal budget is minimal even in a dense layout.
No pin-compatible second source or official successor is documented; the DSC152X series is the only family reference.
