4 MHz LVCMOS MEMS XO — ±20 ppm over -40 to 85°C
The DSC1505AI3A-4M000000T: Operating from a 1.8V supply, it draws a maximum of 7.5 mA in active mode and drops to 1 µA typical in standby (power-down) — a meaningful power saving for battery-powered or intermittently operated systems.
Standby current and supply voltage — fit for low-power clocks
The standby (power-down) function is controlled via a dedicated pin; when asserted, the oscillator stops and draws only 1 µA typical disable current, preserving battery life in sleep-mode applications. Supply voltage is fixed at 1.8V nominal — the part is not rated for 3.3V operation. A 3.3V rail would exceed the abs-max rating; a level translator or a different DSC150X variant with a wider Vdd range is required if the system supply is 3.3V.
