32 MHz MEMS XO with ±20 ppm stability
The DSC1502AI3A-32M00000: A MEMS resonator replaces the quartz crystal — the part is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz oscillator, and it starts up faster with no crystal aging drift over the product lifetime.
Supply range and standby power
Operates from a 2.5 V to 3.3 V supply rail, covering the common logic and processor I/O voltages without needing an external regulator. Max supply current is 7.5 mA during active oscillation. The Standby (Power Down) function drops the supply current to 1.8 µA typical — useful for gating the clock in battery-powered or energy-harvesting designs where the oscillator only runs during active processing.
Housed in a 4-VDFN exposed pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The exposed pad provides a low thermal impedance path to the PCB ground plane — important for heat dissipation in enclosed or high-ambient environments. Surface-mount package, supplied in tube. The 4-pin VDFN footprint is common across the DSC150X family, making it straightforward to swap frequency variants on the same board layout.
The part is suitable for both new designs and ongoing production.
