MEMS XO with field-programmable frequency
Its key differentiator is programmability: a single order code covers any output frequency from 2.3 MHz to 170 MHz, set via the factory programming flow. This collapses multiple fixed-frequency line items into one BOM entry — useful when a prototype board needs a last-minute timing tweak or when stocking a single part for several production variants. Output is LVCMOS, the common digital clock interface for MCUs, FPGAs, and SoCs. The supply range spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same oscillator works across a 1.8V core rail and a 3.3V I/O bank without a separate level translator.
Temperature grade and package for harsh environments
The 4-VFLGA package measures 2.00 mm x 1.60 mm with a seated height of 0.89 mm, a compact footprint that fits tight PCB layouts. Frequency stability is ±20 ppm total over the operating range. That holds the clock edge jitter within a tight window for a 100 MHz+ digital bus — no need to budget extra margin for temperature drift.
