MEMS oscillator with wide supply and temperature range
The DSC1500AA3A-PROGT is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC150X series, delivering an LVCMOS output across a 1.8V to 3.3V supply range. Total frequency stability is ±20 ppm, covering initial tolerance, temperature drift, and aging — sufficient for most microcontroller and interface clocking without external trimming.
Microchip lists the DSC1500AA3A-PROGT as Active. The 4-VDFN exposed pad package (7.00mm x 5.00mm, 0.90mm seated height) is a standard surface-mount footprint with a thermal pad for heat sinking in high-temperature operation.
