100 MHz HCSL clock source with MEMS resonator
It outputs HCSL (High-Speed Current Steering Logic), a differential standard commonly used for PCIe reference clocks and high-speed serial links. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it operates from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator.
The 6-SMD, no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that fits dense PCB layouts.
