148.5 MHz HCSL clock for PCIe and video
The DSC1124BI5-148.5000T: This is a 148.5 MHz MEMS oscillator with HCSL output — the differential current-mode logic that PCIe reference clocks expect, also common in broadcast video and 10G Ethernet PHYs. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, so the part is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a traditional XO — useful in industrial or mobile equipment where the board sees mechanical stress.
Supply range and enable function
Runs from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering the common 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without a separate LDO. The Enable/Disable pin lets a system controller gate the clock — useful for power-saving in multi-rail designs or for disabling the oscillator during boundary-scan testing.
Industrial temperature and package fit
Rated -40°C to 85°C, so it works in outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor controllers, and engine-bay-adjacent electronics without a temperature grade downgrade.
