125 MHz HCSL clock source for PCIe and SerDes
The DSC1124BI2-125.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a fixed 125 MHz output in HCSL logic — the differential standard used in PCIe Gen 1/2/3 reference clocks and 1 GbE SerDes. The 125 MHz frequency sits at the common multiplier for 25 MHz crystal-derived clock trees; dropping this part into a PCIe clock buffer input avoids an extra PLL stage.
Supply voltage range and Enable/Disable control
The supply voltage accepts 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator.
Industrial temperature and MEMS reliability
The 6-SMD no-lead package (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm seated height) is a standard footprint shared by many MEMS and quartz oscillators.
