100 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator for industrial clock trees
The DSC1123NL5-100.0000: 100 MHz LVDS output drives a 100-ohm terminated differential pair with common-mode noise rejection. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz aging and shock sensitivity of a conventional crystal; the oscillator starts up in microseconds with no warm-up drift.
Supply range and disable function for power budgeting
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without a separate regulator. Maximum supply current is 32 mA when enabled; pulling the Enable/Disable pin low drops it to 22 mA max — useful for power-gating the clock in a battery-backed system.
6-SMD footprint and industrial temperature grade
The 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm 6-SMD no-lead package matches the common 5x7 mm oscillator footprint. Rated -40°C to 105°C, the oscillator suits outdoor telecom, engine-bay electronics, and factory-floor equipment without derating.
Microchip lists the DSC1123NL5-100.0000 as Active — in production and available for new designs.
