148.5 MHz LVDS clock source with MEMS reliability
The LVDS signal pair keeps jitter low over the 0.276" x 0.197" 6-SMD footprint, which matters when this clock feeds a high-speed ADC or SerDes reference.
Runs on a 2.25 V to 3.63 V supply rail — covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic without a separate regulator. For a 148.5 MHz clock, that is ±7.4 kHz — tight enough for most video and data-converter sample clocks without external VCXO tuning.
The MEMS construction means no quartz supply-chain constraints; Microchip runs its own MEMS fab, which keeps allocation risk lower than for crystal-based oscillators.
