100 MHz LVDS clock with automotive qualification
The DSC1123DL5-100.0000 is a 100 MHz MEMS-based XO with LVDS output, rated across -40°C to 105°C and qualified to AEC-Q100 — a fit for under-hood electronics, ADAS cameras, and industrial Ethernet switches where a quartz oscillator would drift or fail under vibration.
Supply range and enable/disable function
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator — the LVDS output swings to the rail, so the common-mode voltage shifts with Vdd and must be AC-coupled if the receiver expects a fixed 1.2 V bias.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the compact footprint suits space-constrained designs like automotive camera modules or handheld instruments, but the no-lead land pattern requires a solder-paste stencil; hand-soldering is possible with a hot-air pencil and flux.
