125 MHz LVDS clock source in a 2.5×2.0 mm MEMS package
The DSC1123DL1-125.0000: The MEMS resonator provides faster startup and better shock/vibration immunity than a quartz crystal, making it suitable for outdoor telecom, industrial motor drives, and engine-bay electronics where quartz can suffer microphonic effects.
Supply range and enable/disable function
The oscillator operates from a 2.25V to 3.63V supply, covering common 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external LDO. Maximum supply current is 32 mA when enabled, dropping to 22 mA in the disable state via the enable/disable pin. The enable/disable function lets you gate the clock output for power savings or test modes without a separate clock buffer — useful in multi-clock FPGA designs where unused oscillators can be shut down.
6-SMD no-lead footprint and board integration
The 6-SMD, no-lead package measures 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, fitting tight PCB layouts common in 1U line cards and compact radio modules. Surface-mount reflow follows standard lead-free profiles.
Sourced through independent distribution, the part is quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
