200 MHz LVDS clock for high-speed serial links
The DSC1123DI5-200.0000 is a 200 MHz LVDS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1123 series, built on a MEMS base resonator. The 200 MHz output and LVDS signalling target high-speed serial interfaces such as PCIe, SATA, or 10GbE reference clocks where edge jitter and common-mode rejection matter. The supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails commonly found in automotive and industrial digital boards.

Package and footprint for pick-and-place
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, the DSC1123DI5-200.0000 fits standard oscillator footprints for 2.0x2.5 mm MEMS oscillators. The no-lead construction reduces tombstoning risk during reflow — check the MSL before the bake cycle; a high MSL rating without a pre-bake can popcorn the MEMS die.
