80.1574 MHz MEMS XO with LVDS and tight stability
Microchip's DSC1123DI5-080.1574T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 80.1574 MHz LVDS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability — the MEMS resonator eliminates quartz start-up and vibration sensitivity, making this a fit for telecom line cards, industrial Ethernet, and FPGA reference clocks where a crystal would need a separate oscillator IC.
Runs on a 2.25V to 3.63V supply, so it can share a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra LDO.
