6-SMD no-lead package, 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm body, 0.90 mm seated height — a compact footprint that matches the industry-standard 2.5 x 2.0 mm oscillator land pattern. Store the reels dry — MEMS oscillators are not as moisture-sensitive as some ceramic-packaged parts, but the standard JEDEC moisture-sensitivity level applies; bake before reflow if the seal is broken and the floor life is exceeded.
