148.5 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator for automotive timing
The DSC1123DI2-148.5000T is a 148.5 MHz MEMS-based XO with LVDS output, built for applications that need a clean differential clock in a small 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm 6-SMD package. The enable/disable function lets the system gate the clock output without cycling the supply — useful for power-saving modes in ECU or sensor modules.
It is suitable for both new designs and ongoing production replenishment. The part ships on Tape & Reel (TR), which is the standard format for automated pick-and-place.
Supply voltage and stability margins
The supply range is 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails with margin. The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds across the full temperature and voltage range — no external trim capacitor needed. Maximum supply current is 32 mA when enabled, dropping to 22 mA in disable mode. The LVDS output is a differential pair, so the receiver sees a clean 350 mV swing into a 100-ohm termination — standard for FPGA and SerDes reference clocks.
