106.25 MHz LVDS clock source with automotive-grade reliability
The DSC1123DI2-106.2500 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 106.25 MHz LVDS output — a common reference frequency for 10 Gigabit Ethernet PHYs, FPGA transceivers, and SERDES interfaces. It is a direct fit for under-hood ECUs, ADAS camera modules, or infotainment head units where a standard quartz XO would require separate screening.
Supply range and power budget for mixed-voltage boards
The supply voltage accepts 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external LDO.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
