100 MHz LVDS MEMS XO — AEC-Q100 qualified, ±25 ppm, 2.5x2.0 mm
The DSC1123DI2-100.0000 is a 100 MHz LVDS MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC1123 series, rated AEC-Q100 for automotive reliability. Its ±25 ppm frequency stability and 2.25V to 3.63V supply range make it a drop-in fit for high-speed clock trees in automotive, industrial, and communications gear.
Automotive-grade temperature range and package
The 2.50mm x 2.00mm 6-SMD no-lead package (0.90mm seated height) fits tight board stacks; the MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal, which matters in engine-bay or portable gear.
LVDS output and supply flexibility
LVDS output delivers the differential swing needed for clean clock distribution over long traces or through connectors — no single-ended noise coupling to adjacent signals. The 2.25V to 3.63V supply range means the same part works across 2.5V and 3.3V rails without a separate level translator. Max supply current is 32 mA (22 mA when disabled), so the thermal budget in a dense layout is manageable.
