MEMS resonator replaces quartz — what changes on your BOM
The DSC1123DI1-054.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates a 54 MHz LVDS clock without a quartz crystal — the base resonator is a silicon MEMS structure rather than a quartz blank, which means no crystal aging drift and no external load capacitors on the board. It operates from a single 3.3 V supply and draws 32 mA max while enabled; the disable function drops the supply current to 22 mA max, useful for power-gating the clock tree in a battery-powered system.
Industrial temperature grade and 6-VDFN footprint
The 6-VDFN package measures 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that leaves room for adjacent decoupling caps on a dense PCB layout.
