225 MHz LVDS clock source with AEC-Q100 qualification

AEC-Q100 qualification places this oscillator in the automotive-grade domain — suitable for under-hood and chassis-domain clock trees where vibration and thermal cycling would stress a quartz resonator.

Supply voltage and enable/disable function

Operates from a 2.25V to 3.63V supply rail, covering 2.5V and 3.3V logic domains without an external regulator. The Enable/Disable pin allows the output to be tri-stated, reducing supply current from 32 mA (max) to 22 mA (max) when the clock is gated off.

Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a standard MEMS oscillator footprint compatible with automated pick-and-place and reflow assembly.
